Allison Gouris, M.Ed., BCBA
Executive Director
Allison received her Master of Education from the University of Texas at Austin in 2005 with a major in Special Education and an emphasis on Autism/Developmental Disabilities and Early Childhood Education. She received her Bachelor of Education from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 1987. She has over 10 years experience teaching Special Education in the public school system as well as 9 years experience implementing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis. Allison also serves as President of the Autism Society of Greater Austin and was an adjunct faculty member of Texas State University.

Kristi Swice, M.Ed., BCBAExecutive Director
Kristi graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999 with a Bachelor in Psychology before returning to UT to complete her Master of Education with an emphasis on Autism/Developmental Disabilities and Early Childhood Education. She has over 9 years experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis and has contracted with school districts to provide in-home training and Extended School Year services to children with autism. Kristi became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in August of 2006.
Suzanne ByrneABA Therapist
Suzanne is pursuing her Masters degree in Special Education at the University of Texas at Austin. She completed an internship at Moore-Weiss Children's Center where she had hands on experience implementing ABA in a private school setting. Upon graduation, Suzanne plans to sit for her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Exam.
Jennifer FinkleABA Therapist
Jennifer is pursuing her Bachelor's degree at the University of Texas at Austin where she has made both Liberal Arts Honors and Dean's Lists. She is double majoring in Psychology and Spanish with a concentration in Early Childhood Intervention. Her primary areas of interest are language and communication in children with autism. Upon graduation, Jennifer plans to pursue her Master's degree and eventually sit for her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Exam.
Megan SikesABA Therapist
Megan is pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Texas at Austin where she has earned the distinction of Dean's List and Distinguished Scholar. She has done research in the areas of aphasia and impulsivity. Megan has worked with children with various disabilities in a camp setting and has volunteered with children who have cochlear implants. She plans to graduate in 2008.
